"Goose Step Two Step"'s Hitlerism-as-horror-movie is such an exploitation I may never hear "I Live" again, but I'll always get off on the A. Title tune's the catchiest Gary Numan number since "Cars" and the most affirmative Depeche Mode number since "New Life." "Drop Your Pants" is nothing more but nothing less than what the title says, as "ironic" as a Playmate's as-told-to. Make no excuses, boys and girls--this is DOR softcore. If it doesn't titillate you, you don't get it. A-
