Conventional exercises on side one: liberal protests ("Wasted Country") and reflective love songs ("If Only You"). But from the literal title tune to the Beethoven-drenched romantic climax, side two is the yuppie blues, its killer the literal "No Time," about how busy she is. Pet Shop Boys, this is how it sounds with soul. B
